How do I place an order?
Upload your STL, OBJ, or 3MF file at the Quote page, configure material, finish, quantity, and infill percentage, then review your estimate and submit. We'll confirm within 24 hours.
Can I order without an account?
Yes. Guest checkout is available for orders up to ৳1500, and you can track it with your order reference and email. For larger orders or loyalty points, a free account is required.
What file formats do you accept?
STL, OBJ, and 3MF — up to 50MB per file. Ensure your model is watertight (no holes or non-manifold edges) for best results.
Can I split a large model?
Yes. The quote engine will flag models exceeding 300×300×300mm (the Voron 2.4 build volume) and offer a split-print option. We reassemble and bond the pieces.
Materials & Quality
Which material should I choose?
PLA for prototypes and display models (cheapest). PETG for functional, outdoor, or food-safe parts. ABS for heat-resistant engineering parts with post-processing. TPU for flexible, rubbery parts.
What infill percentage do you recommend?
20% (default) is sufficient for most prototypes and display models. Use 40–60% for functional parts, and 80–100% for maximum strength. Higher infill = heavier, stronger, more expensive print.
What finishes are available?
Standard (layer lines visible), Sanded (smooth surface), and Polished (near-glossy finish). Finish fees are added to your quote automatically.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard orders: 3–5 business days print time, plus courier delivery. Rush orders (add ৳200 at checkout): ready within 24–48 hours. Pickup from Dhaka is free.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fee is collected by our courier partner upon arrival — we do not charge it upfront. Pickup from our Dhaka location is always free.
Do you ship outside Dhaka?
Yes, we ship nationwide across Bangladesh via courier. Delivery time varies by location (add 1–3 business days outside Dhaka).
Pricing & Payment
How is pricing calculated?
Price = (material weight × ৳/gram) + finish fee + optional ৳200 rush fee. Weight = model volume × material density × infill fraction. The quote engine shows a ±10% range.
What payment methods do you accept?
bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer. Payment details are provided after order confirmation.
Do you offer loyalty points?
Yes. Registered customers earn 1 point per ৳1 spent (on delivered orders). Redeem 100 points = ৳2 off. Minimum redemption: 500 points.
